I am a subject teacher, how do I go to my subject to take the quiz?
1. Go to the top right corner of the screen.
2. Locate the class grade and subject dropdown.
3. Click on the dropdown.
4. Select the "Change Class" option.
5. Choose the subject you need.
6. You will be taken to the subject with the relevant content.

How do I add students?
1. Click on the "My Class" option from the top center menu.
2. You will be taken to the "My Class" panel.
3. Click on the box that says "Add Students".
4. There are two ways to add students:
- Single: Enter the name, gender of the student, and click "Save" to add students one by one.
- Bulk Upload: Click on "Bulk". Download the Excel template from Class Saathi, fill in the data (roll number, first name, gender), save the file, and upload it back to Class Saathi.

How to register the clickers?
1. Add the students first.
2. Click on the "Register Clicker" button at the bottom center of the screen.
3. Register the teacher clicker first by pressing 3 on the teacher clicker.
4. For students, random numbers from 1 to 5 will be displayed on their boxes. Press the displayed number on the corresponding student's clicker to complete the registration.

Can I change the clicker or edit the existing student's name or data?
- Change Clicker: Click on the student's box, then click "Change Clicker". Press the displayed number on the new clicker to assign it.
- Edit Student Information: Click on the student, then click the edit button on the box, change the information, and click "Save".

Can I rearrange the student list?
1. Click on the "My Class" option.
2. Click on the "Reorder Students" button.
3. Drag and drop students to rearrange the list as needed.
4. Save the changes.
Note: Reordering the student list will reset the clicker registrations. You will need to re-register the clickers.

I have registered the clickers, but why are they not working?
- Windows Devices: Ensure the USB dongle is connected. If not, attach it, close it, and reopen the app.
- Android Devices: Ensure Bluetooth is on and location permission is granted. Close and reopen the app.

Can I change or edit the questions from the Chapter Set?
- Yes, you can change the questions, but the number of questions (15) will remain constant.
- Use the "Regenerate" button at the bottom center of the screen to generate new questions from the chapter.

How to create custom questions?
1. Click on the "Create" button and select the quiz option.
2. Use the quiz panel to create custom questions in multiple ways:
- Manual Entry: Enter questions and options, then select the correct answer.
- Existing Content: Select questions from the Saathi Bank.
- AI-Generated Questions: Use Saathi Genie with URLs, PDFs, or commands to generate questions.
- Excel Upload: Download the Excel template, fill in your questions, and upload the file.

How to use PDFs to make questions?
1. Click on the "Create" option.
2. Select "Quiz".
3. Click on the Magic Lamp icon at the top right corner.
4. Select "Document" and upload your document.
5. Ensure the document text is readable. You can generate questions based on the text.

Can I create questions from a YouTube video?
1. Open Class Saathi.
2. Select "Create" then "Quiz".
3. Click on "Saathi Genie".
4. Enter the YouTube video URL.
5. Select the type and number of questions, and difficulty level.
6. Click "Generate" to create questions from the video.

Can Saathi Genie directly make questions for me from keywords?
- Yes, Saathi Genie can create questions from commands.
1. Open the quiz option from the "Create" menu.
2. Open Saathi Genie.
3. Use the "Prompt" feature to enter content or commands (up to 20,000 words).
4. Specify the type, number, and difficulty of questions.
5. Questions will be created based on your prompt.

I want to make questions with equations and numericals. How can I do that?
1. Click on the Sigma symbol while creating questions.
2. This will take you to a panel where you can see different types of equations and numericals.
3. Select the equation you want to use.
4. Edit the values in the LaTeX formula, and the equation or numerical will be added to the question.

Can I add images to my questions?
Yes, you can add media (images, audio, and videos) to your questions.
We have integrated AI to assist in adding images. You can search for images or get image suggestions based on keywords in the question box.

Where do I find the YouTube videos?
1. Under the "Resources" option at the top right corner, you will see a book icon.
2. Click on the book icon to go to the resources section.
3. You will find an option that says "Videos".
4. Here, you can view chapter-wise YouTube videos and solve 5 questions on that topic.

How do I get the Saathi ID of the student?
1. Go to "My Class".
2. Click the "Download" button.
3. You will get an Excel file with the Saathi IDs of your class.

How to change the language of the app?
1. Go to "Profile".
2. Open "General Settings".
3. Change the language from the "Language" option.

Where is the report for the quiz I just played?
1. Go to the "Reports" tab.
2. Scroll down to "Activity History".
3. Click on the quiz with a dropdown option.
4. It will open all the quizzes played, and you can see the individual reports of all the quizzes.

Can I see student-wise reports?
1. Under the "Reports" tab, go to "Student Insights".
2. View individual student reports.
3. You can download the monthly report or view the AI-generated analysis and recommendations for the students.

Can I use the same quiz under different sections?
Yes, you can share the quiz, and it will be under the "Discover" option of the same grade sections and under the same subject. Don't forget to use Filter for "Most Recent" to find the shared quiz.

Can I see the report for the quiz played in the widget mode?
No, the report will not be saved if the quiz was played over a third party. Class Saathi will not be able to track content from third-party platforms, so a report will not be generated.

Can I use the app offline?
Yes, you can use the app offline.
1. Go to the "Change Class" option.
2. Click on the "Use Offline" option from the top right.
3. Select the questions you want to use offline.
4. Save, and the data for the selected subjects will be saved to be used offline.

Can I assign homework?
You can assign homework by using the "Assignment" option from the "Create" menu.
Assign the homework to the student. The homework will reflect on the student’s app.

Can I download the questions I created?
Yes, you can download the questions you created by:
1. Opening the "Play" option.
2. Selecting "My Set".
3. Use the menu button on the quiz you want to download.
4. Download the worksheet of the quiz in PDF form.

How to take attendance?
You can take attendance by:
1. Using the "Quick Tool" option from the lower left of the home tab.
2. Click on the "Roll Call" option.

What is the use of the calendar?
The calendar allows you to view and check the dates when quizzes were played for the class.

How does the leaderboard declare the ranking?
The leaderboard declares rankings based on- The number of quizzes created, The number of quizzes played, The number of quizzes shared,nThe number of quizzes assigned as homework or tests. These activities update the rank for the particular class.
