Meet Aishwarya Suryavanshi, a dynamic force in our Customer Relations team, whose journey is nothing short of inspiring. Hailing from a family of five, Aishwarya has traversed the diverse landscapes of India due to her father's career in a government bank. From the sandy shores of Goa to the bustling city of Pune and the serene surroundings of Amravati, each location has contributed to Aishwarya’s rich tapestry.

With a background in zoology, she embarked on a quest for knowledge, earning both bachelor's and master's degrees. The journey took an unexpected turn when the pursuit of stem cell research was interrupted by the onset of the pandemic.

Undeterred, Aishwarya embraced a teaching career, a role that unfolded a passion for guiding students. However, recognizing the need for a more dynamic path, she transitioned to VDIC Global Connect, delving into international relationships and counseling. Later on, she also worked for TalkPush, a US-based SaaS company, where Aishwarya discovered the realm of customer success.

The next chapter unfolded at TagHive—a homecoming to Aishwarya's passion for education. As part of the Customer Relations team, her primary focus revolves around onboarding new clients, supporting schools in the seamless implementation and adoption of Class Saathi, and actively driving usage across different educational settings.

In this role, Aishwarya collaborates with various teams to ensure they have the necessary support and information related to school-specific aspects. This involves addressing inquiries and providing assistance to enhance the overall experience with our educational solutions.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of Aishwarya's role is conducting demonstrations. She thoroughly enjoys showcasing the capabilities of Class Saathi to esteemed teachers, witnessing their amazement and enthusiasm as they discover the potential of our platform. The training sessions during onboarding are particularly fascinating for her, as she contributes to empowering schools with the tools they need to enhance their educational practices.

Beyond work, she finds solace in painting, music, and a love for anime. An introspective soul, that cherishes nature, trekking, and once nurtured a mini menagerie of beloved pets.

Aishwarya's journey embodies resilience, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of passion—a testament to the diverse and vibrant life at TagHive.
